CrossFit Kids Body and Mind

CrossFit Kids is a strength and conditioning program that develops athletic ability. The program is designed to specifically meet the challenges of athletes ages 5-15 years old. Kids spend hours of fun building CrossFit skills. Crossfit Kids develops core strength, balance, and agility to utilize on the playing field of your sport.


Use a medicine ball and a rowing machine.

Learn gymnastics rings, how to do pull ups, and handstands.

Improve your jump rope skills.

Swing kettlebells and use battling ropes.

Practice agility drills and play games.

Learn proper barbell lifting technique and how to use a glute ham developer (GHD) machine.

 Flip oversized vehicle tires.


Increase your vertical leap.

Strengthens your ankles, knees, hips, back, shoulders, neck, elbows, and wrists.

Builds core strength both posterior and anterior.

Develops coordination and balance.

Meets the specialized requirements of rapid physical change in youth growth and development
