The athlete who is stronger and better conditioned
wins in competition. Our athletes follow a structured
training program that includes all aspects of strength,
mobility, flexibility, nutrition, conditioning, agility, and
speed development. Our goal
is to improve the performance of every athlete who walks
into our gym. Through carefully planned training regiments
and varied athletic programming, we build champions.
Our coaches will accelerate your performance expectations
as an athlete. Our programming consists of particular exercises
that will meet the requirements and demands of your personal
goals. We seldom repeat the same exercise within a 3 day
rotation, unless a particular goal has been identified such
as rehabilitation of an injury. This varied but strictly
designed programming creates general athletic strength
as whole body development, focusing on power and speed.
Thus, our formula for creating champions. A stronger
athlete is a healthy athlete; one who has the capability
to improve performance. This decreases the chance of
injury and the subsequent recovery time should an injury
occur. All coaches for athletic teams require these attributes
in their athletes.
As your fitness level as an athlete improves, so will your
general well-being and quality of life. Being “in shape” includes
not just your level of physical fitness performance, but also your
body weight and well-being. It is an inclusive package. You must
be strong in all areas to enjoy the best quality of life.

Our gym is located within the Historic RiverFront Community Center, 123 S. Esplanade Street in Leavenworth, Kansas. We also offer a variety of classes at the Harney Gym Sports Complex on Fort Leavenworth, Kansas.
